A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Tammy O’Meara-Chambers-Broker-Owner graduated from Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She is married to Jason Chambers and they currently reside in Andrew County. They have two children, Preston and Mercedees and four grandchildren, Dreyton, Myla, Royce & Landon.

With over 19 years of real estate experience, Tammy enjoys assisting buyers and sellers make their home-owner dreams come to fruition. She has a passion for traveling and including her family on these adventures is her main focus. Recently, she has finalized plans for a family trip to Hawaii to celebrate the 2021 Christmas Holiday and is excited to be able to include her mother and two newest grandbabies on this trip. In addition to travelling, her hobbies include: scuba diving, walking, gardening, boating, and enjoying time at their lake house.

Tammy also has a true passion for giving back to her community and volunteers countless hours throughout the year. She serves on the Country Club Board of Trustees, St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomat’s Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, Specialty Industries Board of Directors, and is involved with numerous additional community service organizations. Previously, she served on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was recognized as the 2017 Chamber of Commerce Diplomat of the Year

Tammy enjoys navigating both individuals and families throughout the sometimes-challenging process of becoming a homeowner. She feels a great sense of pride helping first time home buyers and makes it a point to attend as many closings at the title companies as possible. Mercedees Schott, born and raised in St. Joseph, MO, lives with her husband and their 2 children.  Mercedees graduated from Central High School in 2011 and attended NWMSU & MWSU with an emphasis in Business and Science studies.  With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Mercedees has decided to transition into the real estate business to help clients find their new homes. 

Mercedees grew up flipping and remodeling homes and has since moved on to flipping her own; currently on her second project.   Mercedees enjoys and excels at interior design. Combining this with her remodeling experience, she can help new buyers see the real potential in any home. 

While not working with clients, Mercedees enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and family. Family is number one with Mercedees so if she is not doing something fun with her kids or relatives, you will probably find her looking for her next adventure or newest project.

A Northwest Missouri Native, Randy graduated from South Holt High School and Winona State University with a degree in Physical Education.  Randy resides in St Joseph with his wife Carol. They have two children, Jordan and Jeremy and one granddaughter, Charlotte. 

Randy has a passion for real estate and helping his clients reach their goals.   His enthusiasm helps him connect with his clients.  In his spare time Randy enjoys golf, spending time with his granddaughter and attending Mizzou Tigers, Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs sporting events. 

I am Licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and live in St Joseph MO. where I attended MWSU, Commercial Art and Communications. My background is 14 years’ experience in Luxury Jewelry Sales and Custom Designs, where Exceptional Customer Service and Satisfaction is key. My talent is my ability to LISTEN to the hopes and dreams of my clients and work diligently to create that reality.

Amber was born and raised in St. Joseph, Mo. She thinks it is special to live in a “big, small” town and the love and appreciation for your community it brings.  “The best part of this town is the people. Building relationships with people and assisting them on that journey is the most rewarding part of what I do.”

In her spare time Amber enjoys traveling, boating, attempting to learn Spanish, reading, history, exploring the mysteries of the world, and spending time with her family. 

Born and raised in Saint Joseph, MO, Kazdyn graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Studies. Since then he has ventured into the world of entertainment marketing and social media, traveling and working with multiple national dance competitions. He has also dabbled in business-to-business software sales. 

Kazdyn now resides in Parkville and has jumped into the world of real estate. As a curious conversationalist who has a passion for helping and communicating with people, it was a natural move into a fresh and exciting world. In his free time, Kazdyn enjoys traveling and exploring nature, spending quality time with his family and close friends, and anything to do with sports.

Melissa Winn has been a lifelong resident of St. Joseph, MO, she currently resides with her husband of 24 years, B.J. Winn and their 3 children, Jacee, Jori and Jett.  Melissa attended Lafayette High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri Western State University.

While not selling real estate, Melissa works at Lafayette High School as the Registrar, assisting the Counseling Center Staff and countless students, parents, and staff regularly.  Melissa is a good listener and is a problem solver.  She is eager to resolve stressful situations, to keep all parties involved satisfied and on board.  Melissa decided to get involved in the real estate business due to her love for home remodeling and interior design.  She has the eye to see cosmetic flaws and find the best solution for the space.  During Melissa’s rookie season as a realtor, she was able to sell approximately $1.5 million dollars in homes in just a few short months.  Melissa is a go getter and will work hard to find your Happy Place!  While not working, Melissa loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves long summer days at the pool and is always up for a good time. Melissa’s energetic personality is contagious as she wants everyone to be happy and have fun. Tamin Thompson was born and raised in St. Joseph and lived most of her life and raised two kids in the southend. She has always loved houses of all styles and sizes but has a great appreciation for historic properties and preservation of them.  

A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Dawnita Romesburg, Real Estate Sales Agent, graduated from Benton High School She is married to Matt Romesburg and they currently reside in Buchanan County. They have one child, Ashley Rever, and two grandchildren, Summer and Madilynn.

She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
